(Name) sat in her stroller at the world meeting. Countries crowded around saying hi and looking at her. The baby only giggled and clapped, smiling and making random sounds. America smiled and tickled (Name)'s little feet, causing her to go into a giggling fit. Then England came up to (Name), the moment he did she gave him a bored look. England frowned looking a bit confused. "Hahaha! She totally hates you England!" America laughed pointing at England.

"No she doesn't! She probably has done this to more then one of you bloody wankers!" England yelled back before hearing (Name) start to cry.

"Wwwwwaaaahhhhhhh!" (Name) wailed loudly grabbing France's attention.

France ran over to (Name) before picking her up and patting her on the back, rocking her back and forth gently. "Shhh, it's okay ma petite fleur! Did the mean black sheep of Europe scare you with his caterpillar eye-brows? Hm?" France cooed.

"Dammit France, I don't scare her! She just doesn't like me is all! She hates me! I'm telling you! She truly does!" England whined.

France chuckled, "Angleterre, why would she hate you? How could she hate you? She's a petit bébé." France explained as (Name) calmed down.

"Yes she bloody does! She smiles at everyone but me!" England replied.

France hand (Name) to Russia. Russia just watch as (Name) smiled and waved her arms around. Russia held her for a few minutes before Sweden took her. (Name) continued to smiled at Sweden and laughed. After a while Sweden finally handed (Name) to Spain. "Isn't she cute Romano?" Spain laughed.

Romano rolled his eyes, "Yeah whatever..." He sighed, (Name) looked at the country and try to say his name.

"Wo-ma~ Oh..." (Name) smiled trying to say his name. Every country in the room said 'Awwwww' in unison.

"See! She smiles and laughs at everyone but me! She even tried to say Romano! Ugh!" England growled in frustration.

After awhile France took (Name) back into his arms. "Give her time Angleterre, she will warm up to you eventually! Don't get so bent out of shape about it." France explained trying to convince the Brit.

"Yeah right, She hates me." England sighed.

"Now, now, She- Ow!" France was cut off by (Name) tugging his hair. France carefully pried open (Name)'s tiny fist. "Non, non, My little girl. Don't tug on Papa's hair." France chuckled, getting his hair out of her grasp. (Name) let out a tiny yawn before she was handed to China. "China, can you lay her down for her nap?" France smiled.

"Of course, aru! She must be tired from smiling and laughing all day, aru!" China replied before going to lay (Name) down on a blanket on the floor. After (Name) dosed off the meeting started...

*LE TIME SKIP: 45 MINUTES LATER*

The meeting went on but no one noticed (Name) had woken up. (Name) crawled towards the table where the countries sat. (Name) headed strait for England's chair where he sat sulking. (Name) gave a sad confused look, before standing up and hugging England's leg. England jumped for a moment before looking down and seeing (Name). (Name) gave England an innocent, confused look.

England sighed and picked her up cradling (Name) in his lap. After a moment she looked at him and smiled and said, "Eng-gwand..." She giggled, clapping her hands. The whole room filled with awww's and I-told-you-so's.

France came up to England, picking up (Name) gently. "See? I told you to just give her some time. She even said your name! Ohonhonhon~" France chuckled. "She's so cute!" France smiled, before leaving the meeting room...

Ever since then France allowed England to babysit (Name). She was always well behaved and grew up to be a proper young lady...
