I love how you've created this marbled, pensketched statue in the foreground with the space in the background.
The colors of this piece divide it almost like a triptych, bringing further balance and background for your title and artist's comments.
If I would change one thing, it would be a tad bit more shading around the eye area, kind of how you have it with the cheeks/jaw line.
I'd also be interested to see how it would look without the heavy black lines around the outside of the marble statues, you know kind of gradate into the black so that it becomes more of the marble and less of the sketchiness. However, there is a lot of potential in the planar lines you have in the marble figures faces.. I guess I am looking for a reference point for those planar lines in the background or to relate them with the marble somehow.
Does that make sense?
Try making the two pillars on the exterior more rounded by using gradients and see what happens with the shadows of the jawline.
Overall I really love this piece and it is truly an original, creative and visionary. Great job!!!!

A refreshing piece! I love how you portrayed the title through the monochrome colours: white being the sum of all colours, while black correspondingly contrasts the negative infinity in absence of colour.

It is also equally enjoyable that we share this private moment of honest emotion with the duo without seemingly intruding on them - as they portrayed to be suspended in the space of their thoughts and passion.

And where the absence of serious anatomy like the ears, the shutting of the eyes to heighten acuteness of the other senses and vector qualities of the facial lines converge, the element of unbound spatiality and endlessness is evoked. A silent, humble but surely eternal love present.

A nice concept to involve the forms of still life.

The left face seems sort of like it's staring off into the distance rather than focusing on it's lover...
Other than that, good concept.

I got the impression the face on the left had its eye closed? Closed before the moment of touch, sight deprivation to heighten the moment? Either way really cool, unique piece!

Hmmm... yes, you're right. When I first saw it, it seemed the eyes were black and open, but I now agree with you.
