I just said "Wow!" when I saw it, that would give you and idea of what i think.
Its a really creative photo, I just love the contrast of colors and the ligth impact, also it feel like it should be that, but the costure just... fails. it would been better if he used a red/yellow wool to do it, I canΒ΄t reallly say a lot more, but I hope this guy keeps up the good work, thatΒ΄s all i have to say apart from the score. Vision 4.5/5, Originality 5/5, Technique 3.5/5 and Impact 4.5/5.
As a whole I give it a 4/5.

Yeah, when I was looking for string I really wanted black. But I see why you would prefer red or yellow wool. And how it might be better for the overall image. I was also thinking of doing that but having the red wool in the green apple and vice.

This idea is so good, though I have to say, due to these immense gap between dark and bright issues and the dark parts being deep in shades, in this case I like the monochrome version better.

The dark and bright "issues" isn't really an issue.. I set up the lights like that to create the effect. Red = Dark Green = Light It would make much sense to do it the other way. Thanks for the opinion though

As I read that reply, I guess that I was mistaken in using the word "issue". It seems to carry across much more negativity than was intended. As English is not my mother tongue, I might make mistakes in choosing register, and sometimes my expression sux.
