Yeah, based in JayDee1201 since I was bored.
So uhm, let's begin with the characters, and maybe give a few characters their movesets Idk
CHARACTERS:
Tinky Winky
Reason: I want him.

Hunchback Oni
Reason: I've dreamed that sometime this could be a DLC character in the SSBU, Idk why.

Luni
Reason: One of my favorite Developers, and there's a rep for him in-game.

Squigly
Reason: My favorite character in the game, for sure.

Umbrella
Reason: My second most favorite character in the game, and she could make her first appearance in a game by SSBU : )

Kumatora
Reason: Because my second OTP needs to happen.

Shantae
Reason: Everyone's most wanted.

Frisk
Reason: I would like a Undertale character, and since Frisk's the main protagonist of the game, she's the only character who makes sense to be in.

Meat Boy
Reason: I feel like he got potential to be a true character in SSBU.

Isaac
Reason: Feel the same as Meat Boy.

Flappy Bird
Reason: A personal choice, I feel like he's more to be a joke/DLC like Piranha Plant.

Dee Dee
Reason: If you think Freddy would be the best choice since he's the main animatronic, I don't think so, Dee Dee can do much more and can summon ANYONE from her universe.

MOVESET IDEA:

TINKY WINKY
"Comes from a far land into the battle"

Up Special: Takes Laa Laa's ball, and kick it high up.
Right Special: Takes Po's Scooter, dash to the front, after a short run, he'll throw the scooter back away, hitting anyone if touches it.
Left Special: Takes his bag, and gives a heavy short-range attack.
Down Special: (While Jumping) Throws a custard on the ground, which will make a slippery custard floor, so be careful.
FINAL SMASH: He ate a infected custard, transforming into Tinky Tank, giving a lethal hit with a long-range punch which sends all his enemies to another area. He cames from the high, ready to smash his enemies, a explosion happens, which ends with all his enemies.
ECHO FIGHTER: DIPSY
-Slight small than Tinky Winky.
-Uses his hat instead of Tinky Winky's bag.
-Instead of becoming Tinky Tank in the Final Smash, he'll become the Lake Dipsy, and instead jumping against the enemies, he'll slash his enemies lots and lots of times.

HUNCHBACK ONI
"The demon from the cage"

Up Special: Gives a high impulse, which hits anyone who touches him.
Right/Left Special: Dashes through the chosen side, with his mouth open, he'll take the first opponent and will damage the rest. After dashing, he'll keep bitting the enemy for a short time and then spit out the enemy.
Down Special: He'll jump down the floor, entering the ground, making his way 'till the next enemy, caught his victim and keep bitting him for a short time and then spit out the enemy.
FINAL SMASH: He'll run ahead and take all the enemies with his mouth, bringing them to the Oni Room, in there, he'll open the cage and attack everyone, defeating all his enemies.
ECHO FIGHTER: FROST ONI
-He's slight slower.
-He's slight stronger.
-He'll slide as he walk since he's freeze.
-Instead of Ao Oni 1's Oni Cage, it will be the Ao Oni 2 instead, and he'll also destroy the door with a cylinder from the freezer.

LUNI
"Gacha-out a 7 Stars with you!"

Up Special: SenpaiBuns appears out from nowhere with her narwhal, in direction to the sky.
Right Special: Bex runs into the right side to the end of the stage with a box with nuggets, the nuggets are dropping out from the boxes.
Left Special: Pat appears behind our favorite Blue Guy, then he throws a chocolate to the high which will regenerate anyone who touches it.
Down Special: (On the ground) C.C. appears from nowhere, and impulses Luni to highter places.
FINAL SMASH: He'll run down to the enemies, and take his opponents with him. Then, he'll leave them to a show of Picc and Pawket, wrecking their enemies.
ECHO FIGHTER: CREATOR LUNI
-She's weaker in strength and defense than Luni.
-Instead of C.C., she'll call both Lilith and Sylph, changing at random, and can use it while on the air.
-Instead of SenpaiBuns using her narwhal, Celestial Alice will appear instead, she'll instead of just flying to the sky, will follow Creator Luni for a while and will attack the first enemy next door to her and disappear.
-Instead of Bex, 1Chi will appear with a ruler, chasing a random opponent, and giving a critical hit once close to them.
-Instead of Pat, Ellie will appear holding a watermelon, which can be taken to shot in other enemies.
-Her Final Smash is different, she'll dash as fast as possible into her enemies, once she get one of them, she'll send them into a Portal made off two swords, shooting missiles on them and throwing them back to the normal world again, having Cykopath next to entrance to defeat them for finally.

FRISK
"A no-gender kiddo and a crazy flower on the team"

Up Special: Flowey stretch his neck and deals a 180º degree, hitting anything he touches.
Right/Left Special: A horde of spiky vines in the floor thanks to Flowey which takes until the end of the stage.
Down Special: Makes a wheel of little bullets, which act like a shield, however, once anyone attacks Frisk, it will receive damage and the barrier will break a bit.
FINAL SMASH: Flowey will make a vine to make a team up with Frisk, the caught up enemies will have to suffer Flowey's wrath. Frisk will give their soul to Flowey, which transforms into Omega Flowey, blowing all the enemies and re-loading again and again to make their ending, defeating all enemies and returning to their normal forms.
ECHO FIGHTER: CHARA
-Slight slower than Frisk.
-Slight stronger than Frisk.

DEE DEE
"A New Challenger Has Appeared"

Up Special: Opens a portal above him, that can conjure 3 characters: Nightmare Chica, Nightmare and Nightmare Mangle, which will attack their victims and brutally bite their victims for a short time.
Right Special: Opens a portal on the right side, which can make Circus Baby, Freddy or Lolbit appear, which will attack the enemies with the scooper (Baby), throwing the microphone or throwing the own head (Lolbit), causing damage and pushing the enemies away.
