Parchment Papyrus! And, I've actually got quite the story for you guys about him! It's, actually kind of funny, a little.

You see, when I was creating Rex. Well, there was a character a friend of mine made that inspired me to make Rex, but....what I didn't say, was that there were two characters this one character inspired me to make. Rex was the first one, and he's turned out well, I'd say.

Now though. It's time, I revealed Rex's complete opposite.

Rex, if you didn't know, is a kind, outgoing, but sometimes shy and nervous kid. He's very self-conscious, but knows how to keep the atmosphere around him happy as long as he can.

As for Parchment. He's rude, sarcastic, and quite the trash talker when pushed that far. Though, he will be nice, if he's in the mood. But, it's actually easy to get him to be nice, if you have something specific he likes. Which is pretty much, sodas. He'll drink any soda, so it doesn't matter what kind it is.

As for magic, Parchment of course has bone attacks, white, blue and orange, naturally. But, he can use a small bit of telekinesis. Which, can throw objects that are half the size of him with ease. Anything taller than that or over 195 lbs, at least, will be harder for him to throw, without using too much magic. (He's 4'2" btw) Anyways, he can summon a Gaster Blaster, heck, even five at once. He can make energy lashes to swing around, though, don't confuse that with Error!Sans's strings. It's actual magic energy, converted into vibrant, fire-like whips that are swung around quite viciously by casters usually. Though, Parchment is quite graceful with these. And that's all of his current magic. Well, other than healing magic, he's quite skilled at that though. Able to focus it into multiple spots at once due to having three arms, well, three that aren't cut off.

Yeah. If you didn't notice already, Parchment has four arms, but one is a stump. Cause it was cut off when he tried to defend someone. Which isn't like him, but then again, that must be his Mother's personality in him. A personality that is selfless, kind and pure, but quite cocky, easily irritated, and isn't amused by a certain thing. (Lol. Giga hint. XD)

But, as for his parents, I'd......rather not say just yet. I'm not too sure, if they should be his parents. So. until I get that thing settled, I don't know about telling who his parents are.

Abilities: Bone Magic (White, Orange, Blue), Telekinesis, Gaster Blasters, Energy Lashes, Healing Magic, Focus Enhancement (A support magic, helps him concentrate better), Teleportation (Either himself, or he can actually teleport others away from himself, quite a tactic to use against enemies)

Random Facts:
- Lost his upper left arm from defending someone who was being attacked by a larger monster, these kind of selfless acts aren't common with him, but his recessive personality traits will show up every once in a while
- He hates being called his nickname 'Parch' by his best friends and others, it gets on his nerves too easily
- For a Papyrus, he knows a lot about AUs and Timelines, mostly cause his Uncle taught him quite a lot about it after he started having a strange dream about where he was fighting a human child with a knife
- Rex and Parchment have been Best Friends for a long time, though the first time they met was through a meeting between their parents, and they sort of had a rough start, but eventually got to become really good friends in the end
- Parchment usually travels through AUs and Timelines for research purposes, sparring with the other Sanses, Paps and more usually gives him a lot of info easily
- He has numerous other magic abilities, but until he unlocks one he doesn't even know about in particular, he can't access those other magic abilities
- He has about fifty notebooks filled to the brim with different AUs and Timelines, the Sanses and Paps that live there and their abilities, even how Snowdin looks in the different AUs and Timelines, so he's got quite a catalog piled up in notebooks
- Despite losing an arm, he's still able to do things well, though he isn't ambidextrous, rather he does most things with his remaining left arm, but has at least practiced using his other arms to do normal things a bit, but it isn't going too well
- Despite losing an arm, he's stronger physically compared to the other Paps, and he can use his bare hands to stop a sharp bone flying at him, stopping it before it hits him in the skull or worse, he's even able to stop an oncoming Gaster Blaster head on, throwing it around like it was a lightweight stone, which isn't easy
- People have confused him with Muffet before, since they both have multiple limbs, but he isn't part-spider, so that is out of the question
- He's quite fond of the Gaster Blaster Beasts, even managed to summon his own once, it's a panther, but strange thing is that it has some kind of ecto-fur, and it's like real hair, which is strange. He called it Riot, though oddly enough, Riot is a Gaster Blaster sub-species known as a Mega Blaster, the blasts from these Gaster Blasters deal heavy amounts of damage in one shot, making it hard to stand up after being shot

Likes: Recording important things and data in his notebooks, Science (Not Science!Sans), Biochemistry (Eh), Quantum Physics (His Uncle knows more about that), Video Games (Sometimes), Sparring (it's become a habit), Training (It varies, he's got many different workout routines he likes to try), Cooking (Still needs to learn some stuff, but he can do basic cooking at least, like fried rice and stuff like that), Practicing Magic, Spending time with his friends, Helping his family

Dislikes: Being called a nerd/geek/etc, Being called a freak, Being picked on, Others hurting his friends, Others picking on his friends, Others hurting his family, Others messing with his family, People messing with his stub of an arm (That arm is very sensitive to anything touching it, and Parchment will feel a lot of pain when even something simple as a hand being placed on his arm happens), Losing (Slight bit of a sore loser sometimes)

So, that's all I have for you guys on this new character. And he'll be the interesting one to try drawing more of. Be warned: I haven't drawn a Papyrus-type of Skeleton Skull in quite a while, so if I can stick with this current style, I'll be able to draw him easier in the future. I hope at least.
