This is my wig for Spitfire from MLP:FIM, the Wonderbolts captain.
A very quick cosplay I am whipping up for Akon 23. For some reason I just felt like I should do something new, and this cosplay felt like it would be comfortable and do-able.

Hey, to be honest I don't remember. It was an extra that I had lay around for a while. Bought it off ebay.
Heat Resistant; styled with a hairdryer and Got2Be Spray.

Yes, this is probably the most stress-free cosplay I have ever done. Not that its something spectacular either. I'm looking forward to being comfortable at a con again.

thats a perfect wig good choice! cant wait to see the full cosplay not sure if you would want it less slicked back and more spiky but as long as it looks good on you who cares

The colors are good but the hair itself is just too...flat. It should be sticking up like in the screencap.

I had thought about adding more volume to it, but since the cosplay was so spontaneous, I didn't want to rush it and ruin the wig.
Also - cosplaying MLP is great anyways, since you have take so many liberties on how you want to portray them. I prefer the 'windswept' look to the 'defy gravity' look.
