Ahh.. i don't know hiw to explain this to you
I used a mouse and illustrator
I searched some sonic palace references on google and i got inspired to do this one with anothers colors and in a another way
I use the pen and did all the details, after this i colored and later i use some more layers to do the effects (all the light effect)
I mashed colors and other
I took 2 hours to finish it
