Description Just something I whipped up in a few minutes. Man, I wish I could draw again.

There's nothing more distressing than finding out a favorite voice actor dubbed Edward Cullen in Twilight's Japanese dub. ... Well, actually there are lots of things more distressing than that, but you get the point. Hence why I used Jonathan in this image: both are voiced by Takahiro Sakurai, who also did Cloud Strife.

Awesome. Edward Cullen is no vampire. Even The Count from Sesame Street was more of a vampire.

Haha, Cullens got nothing on Dracula. [link]
With Dracula, you have to slaughter your way through a massive castle just to get the privilege of getting your ass whooped by him.
With Cullen, you just knock on his door, ask for his name, and kick him in his sparkly balls.
Also, isn't that a slightly modified quote from SotN?

Of course it's a quote from Symphony of the Night, how can anyone not use that quote?

I don't know.
Also, I'd just like to say, Emulators are F***ing awesome.

I'd prefer to have the actual thing, then I don't have to use my brother's clunky hand-me-down controller.

I use a logitech precision controller. no analog sticks, but it has everything else.

Well, the one I have is a Saitek. A bit clunky for my hands, in my opinion.

Logitech Precision is pretty much a PS1 controller.

Never handled a PS1 controller.

ThatGuyWithACape In reply to Fofa [2011-04-04 16:40:04 +0000 UTC]

It's like a PS2/3 controller without the analog sticks. Well, they did make a model with them later, but that's beside the point.

Again, I've never had a Sony console, so I can't pass a judgment or whatever.

It's somewhat smaller than XBox controllers, and a bit bigger than the wii classic controller.

By the Xbox controllers, do you mean the slim ones or the original fat ones? Or the ones for the 360?

You can actually get most games for free to use with emulators. [link] has a lot of quality stuff on there, but they have a bunch of popups. Well worth it though.

True, Richter was the first to say it, but it's so iconic with the Castlevania games, how can I not include it?

NOOOOOO POOR JAPANESE CLOUD IS SPARKLY!!!!!!! DDDDD8

AND LAAAAAAAAAAWWWL XDDDDDD This stamp is amazing. Only problem is that the green background makes the black words a little more difficult to read on some screens.
I laughed so hard at the conversation between you and TeHx XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Well, to be honest, I did get a sprite that had a green background and my lack of skills in Microsoft Paint (no, really) wanted me to just get this out. I'll have to start toying with it more.

So other people do read the comments. I never knew. XD

now THIS has just made my day!

The next Castlevania MUST feature Edward Cullen as Dracula's replacement!

problem is, wont he be too easy then????????

Question is, would the Vampire Killer work on him?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Realm-Of-The-Shadows In reply to Fofa [2010-11-24 20:39:07 +0000 UTC]

yeah, of course! But it might be blunted by Cullen's "sparkle" unless Cullen is a jet black evil hearted vampire, then the Vampire Killer would set him ablaze with divine fire.

Fofa In reply to Realm-Of-The-Shadows [2010-11-24 20:43:44 +0000 UTC]

Please, like sparkles serve any actual purpose.

I'd imagine that'd be a given since Twilight's "vampires" make mockeries out of vampires as a whole. I've seen an essay on how Twilight's vampires don't even qualify as vampires.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Realm-Of-The-Shadows In reply to Fofa [2010-11-25 00:58:54 +0000 UTC]

yeah, I'd love to read that essay.

Interestingly enough Stephanie Meyer's dream to get the **** banged out of her by a vampire shows up in her writings. yes it is a disappointment.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Fofa In reply to Realm-Of-The-Shadows [2010-11-25 01:58:53 +0000 UTC]

I've been trying to find it again, but with no luck. :\

And this is why an author's fantasies should stay out of their work, even if it inspired the work in question.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Realm-Of-The-Shadows In reply to Fofa [2010-11-25 02:10:06 +0000 UTC]

Agreed most wholeheartedly!

Also keep an eye out for Twihard attack databases online, records that detail attacks from twilight fans against people who are not fans. So far, several attacks of attempted murder have occured at the worst so far, no apparent deaths resulted from Twilight as of yet.

We need to compile this data, and when Stephanie Meyer comes to town, confront her with it.

I'm actually writing a more casual essay on vampires myself, mostly about the differences between the original Dracula novel and Twilight's vampires.

Bram Stoker's Dracula is something I really need to read.

Fofa In reply to Realm-Of-The-Shadows [2010-11-25 04:16:15 +0000 UTC]

Well, it's not that hard to find in book stores. Though most of the people in my family found it a little hard to believe that I was reading Dracula, since I'm not much of a vampire person to be honest. My interest in vampires only increased after the Castlevania games became an interest. XD

Realm-Of-The-Shadows In reply to Fofa [2010-11-25 04:24:44 +0000 UTC]
