hey Everyone,

a bit more questions than i expected. so for support issues, i suggest you to check joejoe.org - there are a lot of issues cleared and fixed. the application is still in RC1 stage, soon RC2 and when all the found bugs will be ironed out, will get launched. please use the updater and update the application. please also note that from RC1, it's called domino and you should run domino.exe.

it can sit on the desktop (there's a bug on the window activation that it seems i can't override at the moment - but goes back to the bottom by clicking on the window).

@Tangmeister:
you can also set up background colors, images or you can show your desktop as well under the tiles.

in the next release - which is currently in nigthly and available only on JoeJoe.org - there are more features like:
- moving the tiles around with the mouse (drag&drop)
- fixed bugs and optimized code
- win8ish animations are added
- and the tile framework is rewritten, therefore all the tiles needs to be updated
- overriding the default start menu with Domino (optional)
- this release going to be the RC2 in 1-2 weeks, depending on my free time

please also note that i release regular updates for ironing out bugs and/or adding features, please don't disable auto update if you want the most recent version to be delivered to you automatically.

@ PeterRollar: please delete joejoe tile folder and then your tiles.conf file as written above, then please re run the application (in the updated tile, that error is already fixed, so you can update as well - run the updater manually)

@Vishal-Gupta: please either update and install all update at once if possible or remove pictures tile. you can also search for the config file in your user folder\app data\fogelsoft\ folder and delete it - xml file, that should reset your settings - i'll add a recovery option that will offer these to be done automatically by the app later on. now you have to do it manually, sorry

For all who got an error msgs. Just doubleclick "updater" and check all the update numbers. then click install updates.

If I hear it runs on other computers (I mean that in the nicest way possible , I will certainly adore it.

Best-looking one yet! Is it desktop-level, or does it cover the Windows 7 interface like the Win8 one does?

When I launched it in Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, it started and showed a dialog box to browse a folder containing images. First I canceled the dialog box and program crashed showing error message that error log has been written to Desktop. Second time I browsed and selected a folder containing images but again it crashed with same error message.
