Description
My first time seeing a white-winged dove. Heard the cooing, didn't really know what it was since it was so far away. Tried to find it, failed. Was leaving the area when it flew from its hiding spot and landed pretty darn close to me. I was thrilled. It hung around for a few minutes, let me get a few pictures before taking off again. Wasn't so cooperative as to let me get the sunny side for the pictures. When I moved to the right it turned around and gave me a rear view
So this'll do.

LOL, same thing for me. The name of the bird gets the song stuck in my head
Birds are awesome, especially if one takes the time to observe. Though I can say that about most animals, I love 'em.
