This is an emotionally evocative piece and the limited number of colours helps make the message all the more poignant. You've captured vulnerability and pain well, through the teary eyes and the blood leaking from the hands. It's very symbolic too with the barbed wire constricting what looks like the heart. She's holding it out and is saying through her expression, "I gave you all my love. I gave you my heart. But you brought me pain. Here is my heart now. Look what you have done."
I also notice how you've used that shape on her arms and shoulder, where it looks as though the pain is so intense that it has consumed her and she is cracking. The trees in the background look like barbed wire too and she is surrounded by it.
