Here's my James Dash bio idea.
One day  Johnny Quick  tried to boost  speed  by  using an experimental enhanced version of speed juice. The juice made him vibrate so fast that he cloned himself. Johnny tried to make the clone serve as a low level made man. However, the clone had the personality of an gentle, innocent child, and felt uncomfortable being made to rob and hurt people.  Thus, the clone became the superhero  known as James Dash and joined the Legion of Justice.
