It takes ages for me to get stuff done!I guess that's why I never gained much momentum here on DA
What do you think?

real nice... may i ask how you do your backgrounds? just light brushes gradents and noise?
oh top left i can tell where you marqueed around the star and added noise... i dono if thats what you did but i noticed it...

I think, from my point of view, that is Mars, and the other planet on the top right corner, is earth, am i right?

This basically just kicks ass. Since I don't know 3D programs, I don't feel that I have the right "qualifications" to critique, but there isn't anything to critique anyway

Wow. Wow! WOOOOOOOOOOOW!!! That is so amazing. What did you do it in? The detail is AMAZING especially within the textures of the planets and the explosion! GREAT.

Looks great, only thing I would change is, I noticed all the other planets have either the same or similar texture, get some variety going. It's one thing to use same planet in a separate deviation, but same planet texture in the same deviation over and over is taking the easy way out, I know how it is too, you don't have enough time or patience and you just want to release this awesome piece of work. In the end it's worth it I think to use separate textures. Also do some touch ups on the stars, looks less like stars and more like grainy fuzz. Your work is still great though, not sure how you got that impact explosion, but it looks great. Keep up the great work.
