This is a Rich Valrhona chocolate délice with crushed Egyptian chocolate macaroon, chocolate sorbet, milk curd sorbet and 85% -99% cocoa twill snap, this is ARIA’s signature chocolate dessert.
I know, I use to make these when I worked there.

It has a slight flaw due to plating, but yes, it was *really* well tempered.
