You know looking at this pic from a glance without the context and knowledge that Seb and Ruby are romantically involved I woulda guessed the relevant song as mr brightside .. bless her though, Ruby looks so ethereal in that dress, perhaps it's better that seb hangs back as to not spoil the mood :^)

Cicero is happy if Ruby is happy, but he still doesn't like this one bit! Seb doesn't like Cicero showing up because he knows how much Ruby loved him (going as far as removing the necklace Cicero gave her from her neck while making love and throwing it behind the bed!) Ruby is the strongest character in the story because she can stop two dangerous men from killing one another simply by smiling.Β

Thank you! This is such a tense scene because both men hate each other so much, but one is engaged to Ruby (and the father of her babies) and the other is the man she used to be in love with and talked about all the time. Such drama! XD

So many EMOTIONS!!! Gah! Cicero and Ruby look so happy to see each other again! (I assume, they look like they haven't seen each other in a while, and I haven't seen them drawn together as Ruby's been with Seb) Also, Cheese just inspecting Ruby's full tummy is precious!! But then Seb. Poor Seb wants Ruby to himself, but Ruby's love is for everyone, especially for the man who found her in the first place~

Cicero thinks of Ruby as a little sister so he loves seeing her happy... but let's just say... the last time Cicero and Seb saw each other- well, that was the chapter I had planned to kill Seb off~ via Cicero. So you can see why Seb is very uncomfortable with his presence now. And Cicero looks a bit awkward too since he sees that his best friend is pregnant... obviously by the man he tried to kill. But sweet Ruby is just so happy to see Cicero and so both men will behave for her sake. But you could cut the tension with a knife.

Everything makes sense now XD But, man, great job! I really got that tension from just the picture without context. In the first half, where Seb is faded into the background, it's pretty powerful! And everyone's expression is perfect! The tension from both guys, and the absolute joy from Ruby really helps in creating this unbalance between everyone. There's tension when two people hate each other, but when a person who loves both people is put in the mix? Now that's drama, and I love it~

Sebby meets the guy that beat him with his arms last time they saw each other. Does Cicero recognize Sebastian after he's changed so drastically? Will Cicero get angry if he knew that the very man he tried to protect her from, is the man who impregnated her? Surely he won't hurt her because the crazy guy's baby is in that belly. ..... Hopefully he doesn't try to rip my arms off again... these ones are kinda attached. .........does he know his dagger is small? Maybe that's why he always seems to have that big black sword.Β

I do want to make some outfit "charts" for some of the main characters. Cicero has changed armor several times and I get annoyed with how much detail I put into some stuff that I need to reference older pieces to make sure it all looks right. So I should have made a chart a while ago. lol!

Cicero's not pleased that Seb got her pregnant after what he had done to Ruby in the past (which caused Cicero to try and kill him before) and that's why Seb is uncomfortable.
