I personally ordered it (ffffsavingggss) and it is 100% better than I imagined. it's lined and quite weighty, and oh so worth it XD Its my new winter coat.... I thought: hey, if I need a new coat (my 4 year old one was too small) I'M GETTING THIS.

Quality is actually amazing. 
I was wearing it when I went to an alteration sewing shop to get some pants fixed, and the lady asked me where I got my coat. I told her how much it was and she was in shock. It's that worth it : P

Yes it does in the picture, but the fabric they used for mine is different from that one? And most of the pictures on that site are slightly saturated.

I actually ordered the linen because the fabric looked better, but they said they were out of the fabric and they would give me the wool for just 10$ extra. *shrug* my coat fabric actually looks a lot like the linen version they show. it has a bit of shiny thread in it

Tarte: I don't believe you have! Unfortunately, all I can tell you is that the coat I wore was sitting in my closet for god-knows how long, so I got lucky. ): If you're looking for long coats, my suggestion to you is trying thrift stores? Or looking online for used coats.
The one that I use for Sherlock isn't terribly accurate, mind you, but it's just swoopy and long enough to pass.
