looks like she's pretty deep in the water, I recommend making the loose clothes/hair flow out a bit more. If she's swinging her upper body back to whip the sword around her bangs should be going down, pointed in the direction her head just pulled from, it'll give a better feel of movement. however, the longer the hair or clothes the less movement in the water there will be, so the longer loose strands you can flow out a bit more, with all that armor she'd be sinking a bit Β at any time she stopped trying to swim up so the hair (being super light) would buoy upwards.
overall, the color and detail are amazing, great proportions, I think it just lacks the execution of movement detail that the pose is trying to suggest.

oh and her left arm jutting out like that looks a little weird. being in the water significantly reduces speed, to get some back it would seem like she would use a two handed swing
