Nice style. I like the way the blue parts really seem to catch the light and glow. She reminds me of Naomi Watts! Maybe the hair could use the tiniest bit more detail.

I've never tried painting white hair, but I imagine it's a daunting task. This looks wonderful.

It took some figuring out, start off with dark underlayer and then build up light layers of colour.
