Gorgeous! I moved about twenty caterpillars today as I was watering the plants. They seem to love the dill and strawberry plants.

Thank you! Not so much caterpillars, but slugs have been a pain in the butt recently. My lupins and hollyhock leaves have been munched to nothing. My hostas are also looking a mess even though they are raised, in pots. I think, over the years, I will adapt my planting to make it as easy as possible. Only keep those plants that thrive well and aren't attacked by the wildlife!

We haven't had too many slugs this year, thankfully. (Yet, I should say. Yet.) We had problems with a certain kind of caterpillar earlier in the year - they were just brutal. Entire trees were bare because they just ate through the leaves like they were nothing. Thankfully, the ones I was pulling of the dill were only swallowtails. Truthfully, they make cute caterpillars - very, very bright green. (Sorry it's taken so long to reply!)
