Description More practice with acrylics. This time I followed a time lapse painting video on YouTube and kept pausing the video to use it as a guide. My finished painting is a lot more simplistic than the fantastic painting in the video and my painting evolved a bit differently but it proved an invaluable guide.

This took about an hour. The painting in the video went on for much longer and in much greater detail but I ran out of steam!

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I am still a beginner with acrylics but have been wanting to learn to paint properly for decades! I am so pleased that I have finally started and I am now eager to learn all there is to learn about painting!
