Backstory:
Bryan, also called Brye, used to have the usual happy family. When he was still six, their house burned down to the ground, taking his whole family with it. Distraught and broken, he was taken in by his uncle who took care of him and taught him how to skate. He lived with his uncle for seven years until his uncle died because of a heart attack. Instead of ending up in an orphanage, he ran away and decided to live on the streets. For four years, he lived like that, stealing, tricking and even killing other people to survive. Eventually, he stumbled upon Bionic.

Weapon/Fighting Style:
He uses his in-line skates to fight. His skates, which are very dangerous, have different sets of wheels for different purposes. All of the wheels are made of steel and bone(the navicular bones of the people he killed) molded together with very minute spikes on the surface for grip and maybe ripping off the skin of the kicked person's face, too.

Flat Setup - Used usually to gain speed against the opponent but lacks maneuverability to weave through obstacles.
Full Rocker - Used in uneven terrains and makes turns easier but lacks stability and speed.
'TriDi' HiLo - Great maneuverability and good speed when going for a sprint.

Ossa:
The navicular is a bone in the foot which helps distribute weight evenly throughout the bones of the foot. In Brian's case, it helps him very much when he's skating/fighting, since he seems to have a very unnatural one that gives him more leg strength, speed, and balance than that of an average athlete.
