This is very beautiful. I really like the dress. As for a critique, I'd have to say that with the thick lineart, the left side of the face looks really straight unless you look at it for a long time, so maybe try to give it more of a curve around the cheekbones/eyes and make the line a bit thinner there.
Over all, it's wonderful

Beautiful! Nice proportions, too- they give off the sense that she is very noble. I love the intense shading.
The only thing that catches my eye and makes it seems slightly off is the fact that her arms are so thin- particularly the forearms.

Beautiful background and nice ingenuity with the metallic paint.
