Description Some of my Red Double Hollyhocks. These seeds were about 20-25 years old-from my grandma before she passed in Edison Nebraska. Dispelling the rumor that age kills seeds. They've been in a closed decorative tin in the garage. These are some of the healthiest Hollyhocks I've ever seen. The rain and wind last night laid them down, and they are standing back up on their own today-little crooked but still-that's amazing. About 50 of these popped up in red, pink, and yellow.
