I was feeling pretty fucked up last night.
I think it was last night. I slept all day yesterday. Not only did I suddenly have a monster of a one-day-flu-like-sickness kick me in the face, but my mind decided to become my biggest enemy once more.
I think I'm all right now, but last night I was the furthest thing from all right. Or any semblance of okay. It happens sometimes.
My mind is not my friend.

I apparently drew this while in that state, though. I don't remember drawing it. Found it looking back at me when I turned on my monitor just now. I like it.
It's not the greatest, but that's pretty much how I get when I get into those moods. Blocked-off. In the middle between too dark and too light. Fading out. Seemingly calm. Just waiting until it all becomes bearable again.
This is just how I get sometimes. Out-of-the-blue.
Then I'm fine for a while. But this state is inevitable. Happens far too often. I often can't pinpoint a cause because there often isn't any.
I couldn't describe how it feels, and I've never quite known how I look or seem when I'm in that mindset. Apparently my fingers decided to show me.

I liked it, so I decided to show you all.

Now. I'm going to go have a bowl of cereal even though it's 3 AM. Then I'm going to go watch a movie.
Maybe later today my fingers will decide to cooperate, and then I can have some art done for you guys. Because I like you all rather a lot. Shh.
