I actually take a little issue with the lighting effect. It's taking the focus away from the character by actually covering a good portion of her body. We can already see how the light is reflecting by how you've already done the mane and tail.
It's like I'm looking at a watermark that hurts my eyes. I want to enjoy it more, but it's so distracting.
The drawing is great except for that effect.
