I enjoy daifuku, I am obsess with daifuku. I can't seem to keep my netnavi hands off the delicacy.It is a Japanese rice cake that can contain bean paste, peanut butter, green tea, etcetera. Not many will like it, my brother ~ZEROrevive turns his nose at them. But that will change very soon. Heh heh!

You ever had the icecream versions? Their hard to get home since the Asian store we go to is so far away. (They end up melting so quickly.) But now I have the mixing powder for it, and some bean paste. I will do some of my own. Not to mention the icecream versions. It is very easy to make them. (Unless you don't have that sort of store around.)

I just don't like the mochi part of the daifuku...though the smaller ones are not as bad to me.
