Ty, it's made out of a sheet of black poster board, rolled to fit over my head with just enough room for the wig. The top is a circle piece cut a little bigger than the cylinder of poster board, and thats out of a thick sheet of foam board. After hot gluing together I took some nice black fabric and stretched it over. The brim is made using some galvanized wire. Goggles are actually made out of four different pieces of soda can bottoms and some spare bit of leather for the straps.

Yeah it was definetly a little warm, especially considering I live in Fl, but well worth it!
