I like to believe this is a beta timeline where things didn't get so badly screwed and Rose and Kanaya just had time to be with each other and enjoy it all.

I always like seeing your aged versions of them, and the differences you can see here from the first aged version drawing you did. Rose has a slightly more youthful, not nearly as damaged and scarred from the game look about her, while Kanaya is more worldly wise and experienced. Both enjoying each others' presence, with Rose a little more simple joy while Kanaya takes peace in her. The positioning of their arms seems to support it, with Rose being kinda playful while Kanaya just holds her. And so very naturally she does it, which I adore.

Aaaaagh, I love how you do their hair. It looks so touchable and fun to play with. Just wanted to put that out there.

Now all you have to do is draw them kissing, and you'll have them in almost all the positions and emotions they could be in. We could discuss emotional turmoil, but fluff is so delicious right now I'm wanting to continue on it for a while.

I like to think it's somehow much farther down the line where the two of them still went through what they went through, but were able to bring it all back around. XD

Heh, yeah, I tried to draw them differently in this aged up version. You were the only one to notice! XD I wanted to try a softer version of both because I felt that first aged up try was too angular. And the pose actually changed and came and went a few times until I settle don this one. I can't say that everyone would agree that they're true to their personalities in this picture, but, I like to think we sometimes show a different side with certain people.

Yay! Thanks! I worked hard on that hair. And was actually sad when I decided to cover up some of Kanaya's with Rose's arm.

Heh, I hadn't even realized I hadn't drawn them kissing yet. Well, it'll come eventually!
