literally just do it. Even if u fuck up. If u fuck up, keep it there, and do it again. Compare them. Do it again. And again. And again. And u will see every time, a slight improvement. It will happen, BUT U HAVE TO PUSH URSELF TO DO IIIIIITTTTTTT
