At this point Natsu can easily beat almost every Fairy Tail guildmember! But there's still one little problem: NaLi

What NaLi? Since Lisanna came back into the picture, she's had one or two moments with Natsu. The only one I can think about is after day 3's fights, he's pushing Lisanna on the rolling barrels. That's it. There aren't even words to that and by the looks of things, she doesn't appreciate being pushed.
Lisanna even told Lucy that she should stay close to her. Whatever crush she had on Natsu is probably gone by now. The biggest evidence to that is when Earthland's FT members were returning home, Lisanna said that she would have rather stayed instead of going back with them given the choice.
There is no Lisanna in the picture. She isn't chasing down Natsu as some NaLu fans believe. NaLu is safe.

Lisanna was only brought back to "life" because one of the editors liked her character, Mashima was against it, speshly since it ruined a good chunk of Mira and Elfman's backstory ("everyone in fairy tail has scars" and all that)
Point is NaLi is most likely not a thing Mashima is really giving any consideration to
