Description
Redesigned Formality yet again. This time I actually put more thought in his clothes, world wise.
Since Formality is a 'Demonic' subspecies of Lucid neons are a more preferred fashion. Status is expressed through colors for this subspecies, the more colors you wear effects how you're viewed in society, the brightness of the colors can even make one more attractive to others.
