Lore: During 2365, old military organization remnants of Asia and Europe made an agreement to form one faction due in dire of survival, thus forming the "Burgundy Frontier Specialists". They did somewhat of a decent job yet struggling due to the nature of Earth thanks to bombs devastating their regoins. They have few access to pre-war weapons yet mostly used their own post-war weapons due to pre-war weapons being expensive. Their specialty and goals seemed to be cleaning up and securing wastelands against Mutants. Due to an attack in Outpost 117 by the radical terrorist faction known as Anarchy Pheonix. Their new goal is to hunt them down and eradicate them until there is nothing left.

Policy: Unlike other factions, their primary duties seem to clean up the wastelands and securing them from the mutants and providing counter-terrorism. until the attack of Anarchy Pheonix that they made a secondary duty to having an Search 'n' Destroy them. Their leadership contains more of a counter-terrorism and neutralism to the wasteland unless provoked. They seem to distance away most of the wars by major factions. They also do some scavenging in some badlands and wastelands if had the opportunity.

Tactical Advantages: Being the "counter-terrorist" faction that mostly cares about their wastelands and badlands and support from HQ, their defenses are decent against mutants and terrorists. Outpost 117 being the most defended due to it being the backbone to all BFS outposts. Their scavenging missions can be done by their Wasteland Explorers and Wasteland Hunters.

Tactical Disadvantages: Known to be one of the smallest, minor and the only faction that is on counter-terrorism residing in HQ, Outpost 117 and other outposts. Outpost 117 can be vulnerable due to how important the outpost was and if captured without support from HQ, almost all of the outposts that rely on Outpost 117 would be affected. Their scale attacks might backfire if they got strategically ambushed by the opposing faction. Their post-war weapons, while superior to accuracy, lacks in power. (akin to the CT Rifles in Counter-Strike). Not to mention scavenging the badlands and wastelands can be totally risky due to the amount of mutants without the Wasteland Explorers and Hunters. Due to the major factions being the most powerful, they tend to distance or stay away from them.

The Only Opposition:

Anarchy Pheonix - A radical terrorist faction that attempted to raid Outpost 117 and disturbed the faction's neutrality to them, due to their actions the Burgundy Frontier Specialists have assigned a Search n Destroy objective against them.

Trivia:
"117" in Outpost 117 was a reference to Master Chief in the Halo series (EDIT: No Bungie vs. 343i wars please, I'm sick of it.)

The B.F.S are mostly a counter-terrorism group mainly for cleaning up wastelands and eliminating terrorist scum.
