The posing and facial expressions are very simple, but in a realistic way, it's not over the top, which makes the piece seem more alive (if I'm making ANY sense at all XD).
Because of my former drivel, I can imagine them moving around, and in character too, which is a great sign if I get that from just one image.
The shading is excellent, and the level of light reflected (whether this was intentional or not) helps give an idea of the textures on different areas of the body, e.g. Metal, fabric, etc.
And obviously, you also managed to find my weak-spot, whihc is fluffy plushies. XD This though, gives us an idea of a shy, seet persona for Sasha, which I THINK you were going for (maybe ? ).
Overall, great work, I love him to bits Imp~

Yeah, Sasha is really a shy kid. I'm glad I could convey that.
I worked hardest on the light, actually. I've only done light like this once, and I wanted to try it again, but better.

I like his cloth design it looks like he is wearing pajamas.
