TranceCat was trying to hide for whatever was coming towards him. He doesn't do a very good job at hiding since he never really learned that. He's kind of a lazy cat...This effect (Warp Zoom) is created by manually zooming the lens during exposure. This is tricky because you need to hold the camera REALLY still.
