Daaamn!
The photo is so darn crisp! Love the perspective and overall the tune. Gives me some sort of sin city feeling.

Woooah that's very interesting but too bad that it doesn't show that much of the crispness on closer inspection.
Either way,
Feel in love with it after I first saw it.

I'm glad I watched it, it's as relevant now as it ever was. Many people watch old sci-fi and mock how 'wrong' it got things, but that's not really the point, they're an allegory. Same with special effects and film making techniques, I think they're great in Metropolis. A lot of CGI these days is all spectacle, with the music telling you how you should feel, but the analogue tricks used in Metropolis bring you in with just the visual metaphors. It's great.

neat.
How do you think it's relevant?

heh, are you testing me or are you asking an honest question? I feel like the moral of the story is kinda on the nose, even without the end card spelling it out.
Some scifi movies hold up better than others, and it's not like I've seen all the classics, but yeah, I like 'em. You?

an honest question.
It was obvious with the beginning
then again it was made in 1926
no, I need to watch more movies
