Wow, so not only Jack’s appearance is something done design wise but something that is addressed in the story. Love the detail that even the voice was changed to show how injured he was in the incident. Very few stories address such changes, but you made it work.

She treats her tail like a head of hair. Sometimes she keeps it free and sometimes she styles it. In this case she choose a bun, it was a practical matter, because it rains and she didn't want to get it dirty or make it suffer the humidity.

for the sake of precision, she wore the shoes for the first time in the Easter AU.
But not being a canonical work, I can tell you that she wears them exactly from page 2 of this comic .
in Cymberlight all the characters will always wear shoes, it doesn't make sense that they move around barefoot, living in a society that is mirror of the human one. then I find it also something not very comfortable and, above all, not hygienic .
