I nearly finished her now^^ and I made a third one who looks really awesome.
even if Flintstone is not a real gem and more a mineral, but for me it is so much important like any other crystals etc I have a home.
but sadly the pc of my father seems to be broken, so I don't know if I'm able to show my drawings in next time

the thing is a lot of people are making stuff that aint even like gems into gemsonas and i think its pretty cool

I saw the character you mean, yes it's really a pretty cool design.^^
theoretically isn't a pearl really a gem too, because nacre is an organic build material. and so is rust a metal.
I just took a stone for myself I really love and I don't really get the thing with the birth gems =/
I know a lot about stones and the esoteric stuff about them, and I really think at this points it's a bit to much. I don't like any of my birthstones and I can't wear them (because they look shitty on me).
I looked for jewelry stones for such who have a 'calming' effect for myself and that are Amber (mostly) and moss agate. I loved amber before so it was not surprising I still wear them.
I would love to find one by myself one day!
and except from these I really love flint stones. Here in germany are coast full of them on the Baltic sea

Flintstone is nearly finished too, I must just draw him now once from behind and then I start with Sir Jade^^
I scribbled him now several times as chibi, but I must draw him now full body (not so sketchy) once without clothes and then with clothes a front and back view. and some emotions.
I still have no name for my 'Gemsona' =/ I can't just name her Amber or Moss Agate. she is both in some way, not a fusion just an amber stone bordered in a moss agate.
