But rather than challenge him directly, Gary has decided to flush him out for a fight. And he figured the best way to do that was to go after his girlfriend, Hitomi.

So a match between Gary and Hitomi was set up. Hitomi went into it, feeling confident in herself as Gary just looked at her unimpressed.

"So... THIS is the girl that fool Ash sees so fondly?"

"Yes, and don't talk about Ash like that!" Hitomi snapped.

"Whatever. After dealing with you, he'll be next." Gary warned.
