How does this not have more faves?

This is great, I miss this style for Pokemon...but like the in game creatures, things evolve over time. They all look so good, but Bulba is still the best looking monster here

I made some brushes in photoshop to replicate the effect.

I have done actual watercolour things in this style, just not this one.
