Once upon a time, Sir Topham Hatt, the head of the American CSX Railroad, and Maiden Annette, a Mexican railroad controller in Dade County too, found themselves discussing the state of railroad infrastructure in the United States. They both agreed that the country's railways were in dire need of repair and modernization, and they decided to take action.

Sir Topham Hatt had heard about the excellent work that Amtrak railroad was doing across the country, and he suggested that they enlist their help in getting the work done. Maiden Annette agreed, and they set off to meet with the CEO of Amtrak, Dave.

"We need your help," Sir Topham Hatt explained to Dave. "The railroad infrastructure in this country is in a sorry state, and we want to work with you to fix it."

Dave was intrigued. "What exactly do you have in mind?"

"Tell Pinkfong", Dave answer.

Both meet with Pinkfong, Annette's son.

"We want to collaborate with Amtrak to ensure that the Silver Meteor Express can run smoothly and efficiently," Maiden Annette added. "We also want to make sure that CSX Railroad is kept running, as it's vital to our country's economy."

Pinkfong nodded thoughtfully. "I see. Well, I think we can work together on this. We have the expertise and resources to get the job done, and with your help, we can ensure that America's railroad are up to the standards of the USMCA."

Sir Topham Hatt and Maiden Annette were pleased with Pinkfong's response, and they quickly got to work on a plan to improve the railroad infrastructure across the country.
