I can finally post the whole image I did for the Jashi zine now!
I finished this piece back in June and looking back on it now, I went above and beyond with this piece in my opinion. I tried to make this piece look as close to the show’s art style as possible, so much so that I had to add more details to it than what I had planned originally for the piece, and I think I was able to accomplish that. Everything from the outlines on both Jack and Ashi to the designs for both the background and foreground of the palace. I wanted to add more details to the piece, but I was already satisfied with the results and worried that it might ruin the picture in the physical copies.
This was a lot of fun to be a part of, and I feel honored that I got to experience this with other artists and writers that were part of the zine as well.
