I fail at backgrounds... *RaitonFuuton requested a coloured half-body shot of her oc Raikura Dairuko (who is a freaking badass!) with her serious face + an artistic blue background. I'm not sure if I captured the 'serious face' and it seems that my knowledge of 'artistic backgrounds' only goes so far when I'm sick. If you're unhappy with the background I'm willing to refund the 10 it cost! My original idea was to have a lightning dragon in the background which was inspired bu one of Raikura's ninjutsu, but everytime I drew it it just didn't seem to fit or look good with it! D: So I ended up drawing the Dairuko Clan symbol behind her, and yes, I tilted it on purpose just to fill up space. Sorry! I don't usually draw the pupils of oc's, so I'm not sure if they look alright too. :s

I'm really happy with how Raikura turned out though! I had a bit of trouble with the collar of her vest, but I managed it in the end I think. I could've gotten this finished hours ago, but while I was having lunch I decided to watch some episodes of the first series of Avatar and ended up wasting 3 hours. I would hardly call it wasted though. <3

Anyways, um...not much else to say actually! ^^ This was so fun to draw, I love Raikura and her design, it was so good drawing her and I'm really quite happy with how this turned out! I hope you like this *RaitonFuuton !
