Vice is what you would call a spoiled child prince. He thinks incredibly high of himself. He's a diva and he knows it. Don't be fooled by that gentleman appearance. Completely full of himself, you can find him strutting around preening his feathers or flirting with a mirror. Compliments are gasoline on the fire that is his ego. In his mind, he's the smartest, prettiest birdy in the room, everyone else is a dumb peasant.

He is very much attracted to shiny things and bells. Mirrors are his best friend.
