Wanted to make a fanart of D.Vas new Black Cat skin. Tried to make it more similar to her original costume. Since gothic lolita dress doesn't sound like the most ideal to wear inside a mech. And since when has blonde been black. But well what do I know. I'm sure blizzard have their reasons.
