A red panda playing a sitarI have to apologize, for I have never really held a sitar before. So I guessed on the details.

I love to study Red Pandas. One of the more fascinating animals. Quite an original art peice, might I add. The Panda itself is very detailed. As is the beautifully drawn sitar. The only thing lacking here is the background, mostly the "floor". But that is just my humble opinion.

I love red pandas. I am so sad that they are endangered. I would love nothing more to see them do well in this harsh world.

Awrr... look at it. It's so floofy and cute!! One question though, did you do all the fur details and strokes on a seperate layer? Not the base colouring.. the ones on top of that

Hehe ya.. I wasn't too sure cause you said you used OC, and as far as I remember lighter colours don't show at all multiplied over the other layers (like white over darker colours). But I think OC 3 has different options

Generally a citar is held with the strings pointing upwards... If you wanted to know, I mean.
Good job, though. I especially like the coloring-- the red-browns complement the green beautifully.

I've never seen or heard of a red panda.....

they are a very rare creature. they were the original panda. and like the panda they live in China and only feed on bamboo. Google them to learn more!

I googled it like you suggested and found that they don't only eat bamboo.....they also feed on birds eggs, birds, and mice....during the summer time.
They are too cute. It's so sad that they're an endangered species.
