...that I still really like xDI'm not sure how old it is exactly, but it's over a year old, for sure.
What we had to do was seek images throughout art history, from different ages. So, I could choose whatever I liked as long as it was old enough... and guess what happened.
Without noticing, nearly all images I chose were creatures with wings! O_o
The next part of the assignment was colouring them in four colour sections. I chose, from left to right, red, yellow, green and blue.
Well, that's all I have to say about it.

Hmmm, this is a really interesting looking piece. My favourites are the cat's head and the peacock/phoenix thing. I also really like how you can see the colour section changing on the mountains in the back. The castle is a good addition on the right. The drawing would look a bit empty there without it. Lovely work!

Originally I would have had to do this with a much thicker kind of paint, where the colour differences would have stood out even more, but I'm really glad I could use watercolour in the end. Saved all the tiny details. xD
