Have you written before? You clearly have a great understanding of how to write, much better than I did when I started about a few years ago. And the painting is really nice. Did you use a wacom tablet?

Thanks! I made this drawing back in December, with a wacom Intuos 4 Large tablet. Also, I used Photoshop CS4.
I have writing experience from working on school newspapers in grades 9 and 10. Also, in my 10th grade English class, we only studied personal narrative writing, writing our essays about major experiences in our lives.
I also keep journals, I've written like 170-200 pages each in two different "pocket size" journals. Then, I'm on page 112 in my current journal, and I basically filled two 160 page science project journals, being mostly through my third journal.
So you could say I do a lot of writing. Thanks for all the comments, Ian!

Oh, no problem. I can only write subjective 3rd person and a sort of reporting style or conversation style 1st person narration in the style of H.P. Lovecraft. I can't do the style of 1st person narration that you're doing. But then again, I don't write a lot about myself. I find that there is very little to document. And besides, I have a photographic memory. I don't need to remind myself because usually, significant events and a lot of insignificant random ones stay with me forever.

Puppy flail runnish pose is an interesting way of putting it! Thanks for the comments on the background. I hadn't actually tried to match the water with the blue eyes, but I see it now.
I'm glad to hear that you like the expression! I'm trying to improve at those, as they can really make the essence of an artwork.
