Description
Cynthia is Rosie's younger sister. She joins her sister on her first visit to Wateship Down and very soon falls for Pipkin who also falls for her. Her first visit permantly alters her after accidentally swallowing some enchanted blood from an enemy which gives her the power to perform witchcraft. At first she does not know how to control it resulting some comedic accidents on the rabbits of the warren. Eventually she learns to control it understand the langauge of when she uses magic and when she does not. She only uses her unique power for reasons, never for immaturity - unless someone angers her.
