Phew this piece is finally done!

I have had this piece sitting in my folders since December of last year. I was so excited to work on it, but due to a family tragedy and the decline of my mental health, I lost interest in doing artwork for a while, that is until recently! I pushed myself over the past few days to finish this piece, and I can say it paid off very well.

I think the most difficult parts to work on for this piece were the scarf and the eye. The scarf overlaps and folds in many places, so I couldn't just paint straight lines of colour, i had to take into account the folds in the fabric. As for the eye, the eyes for Sylvari are different then humans, so I had some difficulty making it look good, as well as the fact that my one and only reference photo showed the eyes as very dark, which made it even more difficult to gather information about the eye.

Overall, I am very proud of this piece (despite the amount of time it took me to complete it XD). In the future, I may attempt to turn this into a soft shaded piece, instead of solely cell shaded, but that's if i'm up for it
