Uh, she isn't Twilight Sparkle. It's Moondancer. She appears in the episode "Amending Fences", fifth season.  
This is filly Moondancer:    That's why Foxxy draw her with Twilight's manestyle.

That's a wrong colors for Twilight. Fifth season? Never heard of it.

Well, in the U.S.A. was aired 26 MLP: FiM episodes for the season 5. And now that season was finished, a new season will be aired I don't know when.

I really don't know what episodes or seasons of the MLP series have you seen in your country, but Moondancer is a canon character and they (I mean, the crew of the show) give that character Twilight's likeness with a different palette color.
